3. Your account and the Members' Area
Access to the Members' Area is a benefit of membership, provided through our member platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything done through your account. Tell us at info@fingalchamber.ie if you think someone else has access to it.
We ask you to use the member community professionally and constructively, to build genuine business relationships. We may restrict or withdraw access where the platform is used inappropriately, or in a way that abuses the community or its communication tools.
Your rights as a member, including what happens to your access if your membership ends, are set out in the Membership Terms and Conditions.
4. Content you submit
You can submit content to us: news, community events, member discounts, job listings, blog contributions, award entries and posts in the member community.
When you submit something, you confirm that you have the right to do so, that it is accurate and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to publish it on this site and to promote it through our channels.
We may edit, decline or remove submitted content. We are not obliged to publish anything.
5. Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is. Content is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Take your own advice before acting on anything you read here.
Where we describe services, fees, events or benefits, the details may change.
6. Links to other sites
We link to other websites we think are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of data arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it.
9. Privacy
Your use of this site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your personal information.
