Certificates of Origin

A Certificate of Origin is a document proving that goods in a particular export shipment are produced or manufactured in a particular country origin to satisfy customs or trade requirements.

Fingal Chamber offers a secure online digital certification through essCert - leading solution for electronic certification of trade documents.

essCert platform is used by exporters and shipping agents to sign, stamp, and certify Certs of Origin and documents using digital signatures. The service is fast, efficient, flexible and user friendly.

EU Certificates of Origin and other export documentation (ex. invoice, packing list) must be submitted through the online system essCert (www.esscert.com).

Please contact us for further guidelines and on Arab-Irish Certs of Origins applications.

Fingal Chamber can assist on processing documents which require Embassy legalisation. We work closely with the Department of Foreign Affairs and The Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce to complete legalisations with the Embassies based in Ireland and UK.
