By joining Fingal Chamber of Commerce, you become part of a business community that supports and represents commercial interests across Fingal and beyond. The points below explain what membership means in practice.

Who can join
- Membership is open to businesses and organisations engaged in commercial activity.
- You do not need to be based in Fingal to be eligible.
- All memberships are subject to Management approval. The grounds on which membership may be cancelled are set out in clause 15.
- Membership belongs to the business rather than to an individual. Your organisation's listed contacts may access member benefits when acting on its behalf.
Membership term and fees
- Membership runs for 12 months from the date you receive confirmation of approval.
- Member benefits begin as soon as membership is confirmed.
- Fees are based on your organisation's headcount and turnover, and are reviewed annually.
- Membership renews automatically unless you give written notice at least 2 months before the renewal date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and membership cannot be transferred to another organisation.
Payment
- You can pay membership fees online or by bank transfer.
- Auto-renewal payment is available for applications and renewals.
- Payment is due within 30 days of joining or renewal.
- If payment has not been received within 30 days of the renewal date, Fingal Chamber will notify you in writing. Membership and benefits may then be suspended and, if the fee remains unpaid, cancelled.
Ending membership
- You may choose not to renew by giving written notice.
- Fingal Chamber may cancel membership where fees remain unpaid, where a member's conduct is inappropriate, where the Chamber's reputation is put at risk, or where these terms are breached.
Member benefits
- You are encouraged to make full use of Fingal Chamber events, services and opportunities.
- Membership benefits may change from time to time.
- The member area exists to support connections between members. It must not be used for unsolicited or generic marketing.
- Fingal Chamber accepts no responsibility for advice given or services provided by other members or third parties, including contacts made through the member directory.
Using the Fingal Chamber member logo
- While your membership is active, you may use the official Fingal Chamber Member logo on stationery, marketing materials and tender documents.
- The logo must be used appropriately and in a way that reflects positively on Fingal Chamber.
- You must stop using the logo as soon as membership ends. Fingal Chamber may also require its removal where continued use could damage the Chamber's reputation.
