Shortlist revealed for Fingal Business Awards 2026

Fingal Chamber has announced the shortlist for the Fingal Business Excellence and Sustainable Impact Awards 2026, which will be presented at a black-tie Gala Ceremony on Friday 13 November at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport. Now in their 22nd year, the Awards recognise the businesses, public bodies and not-for-profits that make Fingal work, from start-ups and SMEs to major employers.

A total of 129 finalist places have been awarded across 23 categories, with the Business Person of the Year to be revealed on the night. The finalists span retail, hospitality, tourism, aviation, logistics, professional services, manufacturing, technology, public service and community enterprise, reflecting the breadth and strength of enterprise in Fingal.

Twenty-four categories sit across four sections: Talent, Business Excellence, Sustainable Business Impact and Customer Experience. The Awards are organised by Fingal Chamber and headline sponsored by Fingal County Council.

AnnMarie Farrelly, Chief Executive of Fingal County Council, the main sponsor of the Awards, said:

“At Fingal County Council, we have proudly supported the Fingal Business Awards for many years and are delighted to once again be the main sponsor for 2026.

These Awards are a wonderful opportunity to recognise excellence across our business community – the entrepreneurs, leaders and organisations whose hard work and innovation continue to make Fingal a great place to live, work, visit and do business. By celebrating the achievements of our local businesses, we also celebrate their positive impact on our residents, our communities and our wider economy.

We are proud to continue working with the Chamber and our business community to champion these successes and the growth they bring to Fingal.”

Jim Wylie, President of Fingal Chamber:

“Twenty-two years on, these Awards still do what they were set up to do, which is to put a spotlight on the people building businesses in Fingal and the teams behind them. This year’s shortlist runs from start-ups to some of the biggest employers in the country, and every one of them has earned their place. Congratulations to all the finalists. I’m looking forward to celebrating with them on 13 November.”

Anthony Cooney, Chief Executive of Fingal Chamber:

“Fingal is one of the most competitive business locations in Ireland, and this shortlist shows why. You’ve got global companies, family firms, start-ups and community organisations all operating to a high standard and, in many cases, competing in the same categories. Well done to everyone shortlisted. The judges have a difficult job ahead of them.”

Customer experience specialists Insight6 are overseeing the measurement and adjudication of the Awards on behalf of Fingal Chamber. Each entry is benchmarked against key performance indicators and assessed through a combination of independent judging panels and mystery guest visits.

The Gala Awards Presentation Evening takes place on Friday 13 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, Santry, hosted by Marty Whelan. Finalists will join around 500 guests for a drinks reception at 6.30pm, followed by dinner, the presentation of awards and live entertainment. A charity raffle will take place during the evening.
