Shortlist revealed for Fingal Business Awards 2025

Fingal Chamber has today announced the shortlist for the 2025 Fingal Business Awards, which will be presented at a Gala Ceremony on Friday, 14 November. The Awards honour the innovation, resilience and success of enterprises across the county – from start-ups to major employers.

Celebrating the companies and organisations that drive growth, champion sustainability, and make a lasting difference in their communities, the Awards recognise the people and enterprises powering one of Ireland’s most dynamic regions for business.

Now firmly established as a highlight of the Fingal business calendar, the Awards celebrate excellence across categories including sustainability, customer service, community impact and leadership. This year’s finalists represent a broad range of sectors – from retail, hospitality and tourism to professional services, public service and community enterprise – reflecting the diversity and strength of Fingal’s business community.

AnnMarie Farrelly, Chief Executive of Fingal County Council, the sponsor of the Awards, said:

“At Fingal County Council, we have proudly supported the Fingal Business Awards for many years and are delighted to once again be the main sponsor for 2025.

These Awards are a wonderful opportunity to recognise excellence across our business community – the entrepreneurs, leaders and organisations whose hard work and innovation continue to make Fingal a great place to live, work, visit and do business. By celebrating the achievements of our local businesses, we also celebrate their positive impact on our residents, our communities and our wider economy.

We are proud to continue working with the Chamber and our business community to champion these successes and the growth they bring to Fingal.”

Reflecting on this year’s shortlist, Anthony Cooney, Chief Executive of Fingal Chamber, said:

“The Fingal Business Awards highlight the ambition and innovation that drive Fingal’s position as one of Ireland’s most competitive and enterprising regions.

This year’s finalists represent the diversity and strength of our business community – from pioneering start-ups to established industry leaders. Together, they showcase the creativity, collaboration and resilience that define Fingal.

I want to congratulate all of the shortlisted businesses and look forward to celebrating their outstanding achievements at the Gala Awards in November.”

Customer experience specialists Insight6 are overseeing the measurement and adjudication of the Awards on behalf of Fingal Chamber. Each entry is benchmarked against key performance indicators and evaluated through a combination of mystery shopping, phone assessments and independent judging panels.

The Awards will culminate in a black-tie Gala Presentation on Friday, 14 November 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, Santry. The evening will be hosted by renowned broadcaster Marty Whelan, as finalists join more than 400 guests for a night of recognition and celebration among Fingal’s leading business figures.

Supported by Fingal County Council, the event will begin with a drinks reception at 6.30pm, followed by dinner, the presentation of awards, and live entertainment. A Charity Raffle in aid of Little Fitness will take place during the evening, with prizes welcomed and a live band bringing the celebrations to a close.

A limited number of tables remain available – an ideal opportunity to host clients and colleagues at what promises to be one of Fingal’s most memorable business events of the year.
