Shortlist Announced for the Fingal Business Awards 2024
Fingal Chamber today (16th October) proudly revealed the shortlist for the highly anticipated Fingal Business Awards 2024. Now in its 20th year, the awards celebrate the exceptional achievements, resilience, and innovation of businesses across the Fingal region.
A total of 90 companies have been shortlisted across 25 categories, recognising their outstanding contributions to local economic growth and community prosperity.
This year saw an impressive number of entries from businesses of all sizes, showcasing the strength and diversity of Fingal's business community. The Fingal Business Awards, organised by Fingal Chamber and sponsored by Fingal County Council, continue to serve as a platform to celebrate both emerging and established businesses that demonstrate excellence, leadership, service and community.
The 2024 Fingal Business Awards include four major sections: Talent, Sustainable Business Impact, Business Excellence, and Customer Experience. Categories such as Business Person of the Year, Learning and Development, and Climate Action are just a few of the awards that highlight the breadth of talent and commitment within Fingal’s business community.
Commenting on the announcement, Anthony Cooney, Chief Executive of Fingal Chamber, said, “The Fingal Business Awards are a testament to the incredible work being done by businesses in our region. The performance, resilience, and innovation shown by the shortlisted companies are an inspiration to us all. I want to congratulate every finalist and wish them the best of luck as we head towards the Gala Awards Evening in November.”
The winners will be announced at the prestigious black-tie Gala Awards Presentation Evening, which takes place on Friday, November 15th, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, Santry. Hosted by renowned broadcaster Marty Whelan, the event promises an evening of celebration, entertainment, and networking with Fingal’s leading business figures.
