Fingal Chamber Partners with Fingal County Council to Host Sustainability Briefings for Food & Hospitality Sector
As part of Climate Action Week 2025 (12–16 May), Fingal Chamber is proud to support Fingal County Council’s series of Sustainable Business Briefings aimed at local businesses in the Food and Hospitality Sector.
These one-hour events, taking place at five locations across Fingal, are designed to help cafés, restaurants, hotels, food retailers, and mobile food vendors explore practical steps toward more sustainable operations.
Each session will feature a keynote by Amy Irwin of Conscious Kitchens, a leading voice in sustainable food practices. Amy will share expert advice on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and achieving cost savings through sustainability. Attendees will also hear real-life insights from local businesses already embracing greener ways of working.
Open to all food and hospitality businesses, the briefings promise valuable takeaways, peer networking, and light refreshments.
