Fingal Chamber Appoints Jim Wylie as New President

Fingal Chamber has announced the appointment of Jim Wylie, Client Services Director at Osborne Recruitment Consultancy, as its new President. A long-standing member of the Chamber community, Jim brings more than three decades of experience across the recruitment sectors in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

An award-winning, international, Irish-owned recruitment and talent consultancy, Osborne Recruitment has built a reputation for recruitment excellence. Through his role there, Jim has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses as they compete for talent in a rapidly evolving labour market.

With a career spanning 30 years across both Irish and UK markets, Jim offers a valuable dual-market perspective on workforce development and economic competitiveness. He regularly works with CEOs, HR Directors and business owners on strategic workforce planning, executive search, leadership retention and salary benchmarking, providing insights that help organisations attract and retain the talent they need to grow.

Jim has been closely involved with Fingal Chamber for almost eight years and is a familiar face across the local business community. During that time, he has supported numerous Chamber events and initiatives, served on both the Chamber Council and Board, and contributed to strengthening international relationships through leadership engagements.

Jim participated in a Fingal Chamber leadership delegation to Seattle, helping to strengthen connections with the region’s innovation and investment ecosystem, and most recently, welcomed a delegation from Greater Seattle Partners to Dublin.
