Direct Messaging Upgrade: Unavailable in the Mobile App Until September

Dear User,

We're upgrading Direct Messaging on our mobile apps to provide a more reliable and stable experience. While the feature will look and work the same as it does today, this upgrade is designed to improve reliability behind the scenes.

To support this transition, Direct Messaging will be unavailable in the My Glue and White-label mobile apps starting with Version 5.9.0, which will be released next week for iOS and Android.

What to expect

• Direct Messaging will be unavailable in the mobile apps during the upgrade.
• Direct Messaging on the web platform will remain available.

When will it be available again?
We're targeting the second week of September to begin rolling out the upgraded Direct Messaging feature.
