Deadline for 2024 Fingal Business Awards Entries Extended to October 4th

Fingal Chamber is pleased to announce that the deadline for entries for the 2024 Fingal Business Awards has been extended to Friday, October 4th. This extension provides local businesses with additional time to submit their applications for this prestigious recognition of excellence and sustainability within the Fingal business community.

Now in its 20th year, the Fingal Business Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses that make significant contributions to the region's economic and community development. Organised by Fingal Chamber and sponsored by Fingal County Council, the awards are free to enter and open to all organisations operating within the region.

“We understand the challenges that many businesses are facing, and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate,” said Fingal Chamber Chief Executive, Anthony Cooney. “The Fingal Business Awards provide an excellent platform to showcase the remarkable talent, resilience, and service within our local business community.”

The awards feature a wide array of categories designed to highlight the diverse landscape of Fingal’s thriving business sector. These include:

• Talent: Business Person of the Year, Young Business Person of the Year, Team of the Year
• Business Excellence: New Businesses, SMEs, Large Corporates, Innovation in Business, and more
• Sustainable Business Impact: Climate Action, Community Involvement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Customer Experience: Recognising businesses that excel in service, with a new Health/Beauty Service Award for 2024

Finalists will be announced in the weeks leading up to the awards ceremony, which will take place on Friday, November 15th at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, hosted by Marty Whelan. The event promises an evening of celebration, networking, and recognition of Fingal’s business leaders and entrepreneurs.
