Council launches public survey to inform new Corporate Plan
Fingal County Council today launched a public survey to inform its 2024-2029 Corporate Plan.
The new Corporate Plan is currently being prepared and a draft will be brought to the December meeting of Council for approval.
The survey asks respondents to list the most important priorities for them and their families over the next five years under the headings of Managing of the County and Community and Culture.
The survey will be available until September 30 and is available online. Hard copies will also be available at County Hall, Swords; Civic Offices, Blanchardstown; Fingal Library branches and Fingal Community Centres.
“The Corporate Plan will identify strategic areas where the Council can make the quality of life better for people in Fingal. So it is very important that people let us know what those strategic areas we need to focus on are,” said Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Brian McDonagh.
The Chief Executive of Fingal County Council, AnnMarie Farrelly, said: “The Corporate Plan determines our corporate objectives and drives our budgets and plans. We would like to know what the public think our most important priorities should be, so it is important as many people as possible complete the survey.”
