Description: MSD Ireland is a leading healthcare company,having first established here over 50 years ago.A state-of-the-art,150,000sqft site in Swords,MSD Biotech,is a pivotal part of our global network.Operational since Oct 2022,the MSD Biotech,Dublin project was initiated in 2018 to support the growth of MSD’s leading,innovative immunotherapy products.Repurposing an existing 10,000sqm facility in Swords originally built in 1989.The existing warehouse was used to accommodate a new,worldclass biologics drug substance manufacturing facility.The project also included construction of new cutting edge warehouses,labs,and a central utility building.The decision to build on the site of a former plant illustrates MSD’s commitment to sustainable development of assets.
