Description: SWORDS PAVILIONS, opened May 2001, is north Dublin’s premier shopping centre, over 100 GREAT SHOPS, restaurants, cafes and 11 screen Movies@Swords cinema, contained within 495,000 SQ. FT BUILDING. We handle 10.5m VISITORS and 2.8m cars a year, trades 115 HOURS a week. With SUSTAINABILITY very high on retailers’ agendas and also within the shopping centre industry the topic of TOTAL OPERATING COSTS, it’s critical that we focus and reduce to enhance the centre’s standing amongst its peers, spotlighting achievements with both international and indigenous retail brands who are expressing an interest in becoming part of the Swords Pavilions success story.
